社團法人臺灣葡萄樹關懷協會由視障者-鄭信盛於2016年發起成立，因著對自己部落（台東初鹿龍過脈）的孩子有一份負擔，期盼推動各項藝術課程， 讓孩子在愛中成長茁壯，走出一條自信、豐盛的路。
Founded in 2016 by Joshua Zheng, who is visually impaired, the Taiwan Vine Arts Association was inspired by his deep love and sense of responsibility for the children of his hometown. Joshua grew up in the Danadanaw Tribe, an Indigenous community in Chulu, Taitung. Through our arts mentorship, children grow in confidence and pave their own paths to a brighter future.

Life's journey is full of growth and discovery. Like every grape that matures through the seasons, we are enriched by our experiences. Each person at the Taiwan Vine Arts Association has a unique story, yet we are all connected by love. By sharing our stories, we hope to inspire compassion, build connections, and encourage others to continue spreading love.
